25.01.2022 Thank you for making Dance Massive, massive. Dance Massive 2019 was a truly monumental celebration of the joy of dance. We awed at the murmuration created by 400 dancers at Birrarung Marr, witnessed a celebration of urban dance culture with a battle on the streets of Melbourne, whizzed between black boxes to see as much extraordinary dance as possible, we conversed, discussed, shared, mingled, but most importantly, we danced.... This year, we delivered the most ambitious and most rewarding Dance Massive in the festival's history and we owe all of our artists, supporters, and you, the audience, a massive, heart-felt thank you. 24.01.2022 Applications are now open for the 2020 Keir Choreographic Award. A cash prize of $50k will be awarded in addition to a $10k audience choice award and further commissioning and touring opportunities afforded by the award. Entries close 14 July for works to be presented in March 2020. All details in the link!
