Here is an exciting opportunity for you to meet and train with Elite Athlete and Coach, Liz Gardner. Open to all intermediate to advanced dancers/gymnasts. The class will be held Live on Zoom and will consist of a Warm Up, Stretch/Conditioning and Acrobatic Skills. All participants must be confident in doing handstands and all walkovers. Here's a bit about Liz: Australian Freestyle Skier Elizabeth Gardner was an Elite Level gymnast before switching to aerials. She made her professional debut on 8/9/01 at the Mount Buller women's aerial event. Since her debut, she has competed in the Europa, Nor-Am, and World Cup. She has participated in two Olympic games; the 2006 Turin Olympics and the 2010 Vancouver Winter Games. Post 2010 Olympics Liz embarked on her coaching career with the Australian Development Team working closely with the current number 1 athlete in the world and trained her to her fullest potential. Liz then went on to coach the Canadian Olympic Ski Team at the 2018 Pyeonchang Olympics. Liz is also a personal trainer and Pilates instructor.

18.01.2022 EXCITING NEWS!! We would like to welcome the incredible @indigohunt to our dance faculty. Such lucky dancers to have such a talented dancer, teacher, mentor & choreographer to learn from. We cant wait. Indigo is a highly accomplished and sought-after performer, and one of the most exciting up and coming choreographic talents in Melbourne. She has trained in many styles of dance at an elite level, and has toured Australia in dance theatre productions; recently performing ...to sold out crowds at the Sydney Opera House in Matador. Indigos versatility and work ethic allows her to work in many areas of the dance industry; featuring in music videos (Lanks- twentyseven), on television (Miss Fishers Modern Murder Mysteries for Channel 7) and in short films (Up Here). She consistently performs at corporate and commercial events around the country; including at the AFL Grand Final for Tones and I, and at the Australian Open alongside Guy Sebastian and Sheppard. She has been fortunate enough to showcase her unique artistry at other prestigious venues such as Melbourne Arena, Marvel Stadium, the National Gallery of Victoria and Rod Laver Arena. Most recently, she performed in Cheap Luxuries and Expired Dreams; a commercial dance theatre production by Donnie Dimase. As a choreographer, Indigo has showcased her work in the shows FOUR, No Limits and BOUND by Boss Dance Company, and has worked with youth companies such as the Boss Generation and Locreado Dance Program. In 2019, she was the ballet choreographer for the immersive dance theatre experience Mansion. She consistently works as a guest choreographer at elite competitions schools around Australia, and was also named the champion of GROUNDED: Battle of the Arts in 2018.
