20.01.2022 Message from Sharks regarding ticketing, tomorrows rehearsal, and performance day Hi ladies, May 21st: Shark Park ... 10.15am Centre field dancers arrive and find designated bays 12.30pm Sideline dancers arrive and find designated bays 2pm Wrap up/sign off Event date: May 27th Arrival time for all students on May 27th: 5pm to Marshall all students. Location: De La Salle football field, opposite Shark Park. 5.30/5.45pm Formation and rehearsals commence. 7pm: All dance schools to form lines in which they will walk over to the stadium in. (Rehearsed on May21st) 7.30pm: Captain cook Drive is blocked off by police and all students are walked across to the stadium by Sharks officials 8.45pm: Half time performance. Students exit the field and are walked back over to De LA Salle fields where parents are to collect and sign off their children. Parents cannot pluck children out of the dance school line one they have finished their performance. Official event brief will be sent out early next week, however I thought I should get the break down of times over to you all now as parents are asking. Codes are still being sorted with Ticketek, sorry about the $6-$8 charge that pops up when wanting to print a ticket. The is still being sorted. I would advise not giving parents the codes until this is sorted, otherwise just tell them all to be patient with redeeming their tickets. They won't miss out.
