23.01.2022 Hello lovely movers, Thank you to Sue who led the last session of Authentic Movement! And to Ali too! It is wonderful that our group has evolved to this place, that if I am unable to come you can continue your practice! This support is an extension of the support we provide to each other in our movement dyads. So a much heart felt thank you to you all! Feedback from the last session was that Oct 1st isn't good for some people, myself included. If you want to practice on this ...day, we can keep our booking, and you can collect the key from the hall and practice, or we can change it to 8th Oct. Please let me know your preference.
