It can help if things are going wrong, dont feel good, if its a new space you have arrived in. I usually do this & burn a beautiful , incense / white sage or palo Santo keeping a door open. It is the one that seems best for me at this point in time. It helps to keep the vibes feeling good. Raises the frequencies.... Paradise home....

Quoting radio host and non-for-profit Gotcha4Life founder Gus Worland who aired on the 7news morning show, last week saying, We dont talk about suicide rate like we talked about the deaths in COV1D. Worland said Theres been over 1,200 suicides since March compared to just over 200 deaths with the virus. Worland continues, They are numbers we should be talking about. Gus also talks about the highest risk groups for suicide is men and children. He says, In fact they are getting younger and younger. Young school kids are feeling utterly rudderless at the moment going through tough times. Statistics on the Australian Governments Department of Health, report that the median age of death in Australia from COV1D 19 is 83 years old and the Australian Governments Institute of Health and Welfare state Australias most recently calculated average life expectancy (2018) was 82.8 years old. Im just going to leave those numbers here, because I cant work it out, Im not very good at maths. People are having their place in society, their love, connection and belonging threatened to be revoked if they dont stand steadfast with the government and mainstream medias story we are all in this together. Love and belonging is one of Maslows 5 Hierarchies of human needs. People are being reprimanded with psychological warfare for daring to think freely. They are deemed dangerous and selfish, for spreading misinformation about democracy, critical thinking, freedom of speech and basic human rights. Now more than ever before we have to be compassionate, respectful and kind with one another. People are totally isolated while they lose their jobs, financial security, watch their businesses burn to the ground, lose their homes, freedoms, and sanity, whilst being gagged, censored and having their lives devastated, like the more than1200 Australian families, who have lost heir loved ones to suicide. Beautiful people, no matter what your belief is on ANY + EVERY topic in the world including COV1D You are absolutely entitled to it. You are a spirit in a human body that will spend your lifetime learning, evolving and growing. Be open to one another! Be open to seeing other peoples worldview, this is the way forward, tolerance, acceptance and uncomfortable conversations that maintain peace in our society despite different points of view. It has NEVER been illegal before to have and express an opinion.
