24.01.2022 Maybe a little big to be called a granny flat but this small 3x1 Timber framer with skillion roof has been good fun building in witchcliffe. The benefits of light weight construction meant we could have the roof on within 2 weeks from slab down. Fully cladded with custom orb and scyon axon, this place is now ready for internal fitout.

This large minor bedroom never had a built in robe to begin with and the client wasn’t quite sure how to make use of this space with out it looking tacky or out of place. Timber framed walls, gyprocked and painted with cornice all ties in and makes it look as if the house was built like this. With a fully adjustable cabinetry fit out gives endless options for storage and it’s all hiding behind a set of mirrors sliding robe doors The whole lot built and installed in-house makes it completely hassle free for customers.

06.01.2022 67x19 splayed skirting supplied, painted and installed has really finished this display home off. Painted gloss white enamel to Match the cornice and ceiling gives the perfect 2 tone effect. Only $2000 for the entire house makes it quite affordable. Also some feature walls painted in the bedrooms to give it some extra feature.

06.01.2022 Some urgent structural repairs required on this carport. 1 brick pier down and the others looking pretty average we opted to replace all the piers with 120x120 kapur posts, aswell as a few damaged ceiling sheets and relaying the pavers. With the whole lot repainted, it now looks like new.

05.01.2022 Few small jobs over the Chrissy period Double door frame and doors built into existing opening to get rid of the clutter in the linen cupboard. All painted and finished to match existing fixtures. Raised jarrah vege patch lined with fibre cement sheeting internally and painted with waterproof membrane to stop all moisture penetration, finished with jarrah and stainless steel screws. ... Decorative boat oars turned into wall feature using marine rope mounted to wall.
