22.01.2022 Comfrey is one of those amazing herbs with so many benefits. Not just medicinally but it is also a really useful herb to be growing due to the many uses in and around the garden. Traditionally Comfrey is known as bone knit due to it's ability to stimulate tissue re-growth. It has anti-inflammatory properties, so can be used for sprains, strains, bruises, as well as arthritis, and eczema. In the garden Comfrey is a powerful compost activator, weed suppressor, mulch and fertilizer. It is definitely one herb that I love growing in my Farmacy.

19.01.2022 Calendula infused oil is one of my favourite oils to use in my products because it has so many outstanding uses. This nutrient dense herb is high in potent anti-oxidants. It's amazing for helping wounds to heal, reduces inflammation, treats eczema and dermatitis, helps with muscle spasms and is wonderfully hydrating on the skin. Not to mention it's a beautiful flower that looks gorgeous in my Farmacy.

17.01.2022 I had the most amazing day in Denmark yesterday doing a photo shoot for my products with my beautiful daughter Karina who is the face of my logo, Zoe the stylist and Rachel the photographer. A big thank you to the girls for such a fantastic job and for making the day so enjoyable. It really was a privilege to see such an awesome team in action. Here are a couple of behind the scenes shots.

17.01.2022 Chickweed - Stellaria Media This one of my key ingredients in my Calm Skin Balm. Medicinally it is known as a nutritive herb as it is high in B vitamins, Iron, calcium and zinc. It makes a great addition to a salad. Externally its a wonderful herb for itchy skin such as eczema, psoriasis, boils, wounds and bruises as it has a cooling and soothing effect on the skin.
