21.01.2022 We know how much our students love a good CHALLENGE so heres one for everyone to try out at home with the family!! Mr Barrett has put together a progression ladder for the PLANK. The plank is a great way to strengthen your core and can be tailored to suit any fitness and strength ability. The aim is to reach 30 seconds in each position before moving on to the next. Each progression is slightly harder and requires more core strength. ... Remember to keep your tummy tight and continue to draw your belly button up towards your spine. You should feel NO pain in your lower back when performing the plank. GO FOR IT!!! Let us know which ones you achieved!! See more
