Bring on 3 days of refreshing my skills, giving, receiving ,connecting with source and spending quality time with beautiful like minded people in a retreat space that’s absolutely magical. 17.01.2022 Hi Beautiful People Some good news I’ll be slowly easing back into teaching classes this week with the following classes available:... Mon 22nd ~ 9.15am Pilates Wed 24th ~ 9.15am Yoga Fri 26th ~ 9.15am Pilates This as normal is weather permitting for the park and grounds will need to be dry as I’m still getting around on crutches. 07.01.2022 So this was unexpected Everything happens for a reason right So I have some little fractured bones and stretched ligaments that need to spend a little b...it of time mending back together after a little mis step down the stairs Unfortunately I’ll be out of Lomi Lomi action for a while as I can’t weight bare .. however once the swelling subsides and I have some much needed rest .. rest .. rest I’ll be able to get grooving in my cool white boot and on my new dancing sticks .. and I’ll be able to verbally teach classes to ya’ll .. in the park and on zoom too! New timetable released soon - So keep an eye out Thanks for sending all the healing love so grateful Xo
