25.01.2022 Our in house photographer Dani, just doing her thang. Dani is a dog loving, jumpsuit wearing, netball playing, scuba diver who enjoys a good hug. (Maybe not du...ring a pandemic) She is a fellow lover of love and feels so lucky to be able to combine that with her other love. Photography. After many years of experimenting Dani started conducting professional photo shoots, until one day a friend asked her to capture her wedding. That was the beginning of her wedding photographer career and it has snow balled ever since. Danis main aim is to always capture those magic moments on the wedding day, she likes to see herself as a fly on the wall. Capturing people in their element in a documentary approach. She says sometimes thats clean and sometimes its messy and in my head, thats ok because thats whats going on in front of me. Couples love the natural feel of Danis photos and the way she makes them feel so relaxed. She likes her shoots to be friendly but not heavily posed and I think that shows in her amazing work. Shes a beautiful person inside and out and we are so lucky to have her in the I DO FOR TWO team. 08.01.2022 This look - this look says Im not sure what Im doing but lets do this and its pretty much been glued to me since March! Why?! - the last few months have been hard and life has thrown so many curve balls (like many people)! In the past 6 months, hubby and I have: - had a baby... - got stood down - shuffled weddings - started 3 new jobs - moved out of our place and into the mothers house Its been a whirlwind and just starting to (sort of, kind of) calm down! So this is me, currently taking some quiet time, doing a course, practicing with film, building some big things for my little business and getting ready to make the experience for my couples and families the best its ever been! Because of my newest little love! Our family has been on a wild ride this year and were still finding our feet, its been a weird year and has me wanting more than ever to put my family first but also give my couples and families the best experience and galleries! To achieve this means only taking on 1-2 weddings per month and opening space for more portraits, babies and business photos! 05.01.2022 \\ 20 second read // Well life has been throwing some massive curve balls at everyone. Everyone is trying to continue life as normal but with varying degrees of success. Whatever youre doing, just keep on keeping on, look for the light at the end of the tunnel and give your loved ones a massive hug!... So I want to say a little thank you to everyone for supporting each other, my current couples for being amazingly strong while having to reschedule their wedding, past couples for having faith me and my unknown future couples who are happy to invest with me.
