10.01.2022 Wanna know more about DCPT We offer over 30 semi private group classes a week. Semi private meaning all classes have a number limit, some might have 3 people some might have 10 people. We run the semi private sessions like a PT session but in a group session format. This allows us to still work with each client individually. We challenge your strength, fitness, mind, speed and more. Oh and they are never the same. We also run 1on1 or 2on1 Private PT session...s, with around 10 different times available every week. To focus on your individual goals more personally. We have Em slowing our busy minds down, stretching us out and improving our flexibility every week with her yoga session. We love to have a chat and laugh and know how to get down to business! We have memberships and packages available, but we also have casual packages available for the ones that cant commit.
