09.01.2022 To my amazing clients; I am coming on here with a more positive update as this week we have been sending lots of refunds your way. This makes me very excited. We are at the 12 week mark from when this all first started to blow up and it’s great to see those people who had their plans cancelled early now have refunds . If you are still waiting on a refund it’s likely to be because we are waiting on the funds from the suppliers and once we have that we will process. ... Please still allow 12 weeks from cancellation. If you have not heard from me it is likely that your holiday is still too far out and we are awaiting a airline policy to cover your dates. As for my team we have brought back someone to literally iust process refunds so this is a step in the right direction and very helpful. Please just know I am working harder than ever to push for the best outcome for you all and can’t wait for one day where we can start to travel freely again!
