When he trains he always leave a couple in the tank which saves him from further injury and allows him to progress for longer periods and stay training.. 12.01.2022 Stabilityand shoulder aren’t two words that I can use too often in the same sentence to describe myself after them being beaten up playing football.. but working through this little extension of a push up it gives me hope. Holding the pause at the top on a unstable surface forces the body to work together to create the stability. At the end of my session today I added 3 sets of 10 (5 each side) to work on creating stability in the shoulder joint.

08.01.2022 Stop fucking food up for people. There are so many food hero’s out there that haven’t taught their clients a thing about what good food is. So many people are looking for the quick fix and there are too many more people willing to give a blanket answer.. We have members come to us so fucking confused about what to eat and anxious about social times that their life gets put on hold because you’ve scared them with words like compliance, body fat %, then you tell them... to eat intuitively because that’s the next coolest fucking thing to say when they came to you for fucking help! What the fuck is food anymore?? It’s a fucking number to most, you wouldn’t have a clue what the benefits of most foods have for you. I’ve been clear in the past that I’m not the one to tell you as my focus is elsewhere (training), the people charging you for advice should be delivering more ethical service, educate them on WHAT they’re eating not just what it’s worth to their caloric budget, help with WHY they are eating something at a certain time. Food is delicious, enjoy it don’t be scared of it, it gets you through the day, it gets you through the workout you’re doing, just don’t over do it! See more
