I get it, unlike me you haven'...t worked in the professional beauty industry for 35 years and so how are you to know that the infection control standards we had in place BC (yes before Corona) are as good and in many cases way more extensive than any hairdressing salon, museum, gallery, library, cafe, pubs,clubs and restaurants that are reopening on the 1st June in NSW. Allow me to organise a clinic tour for you; you will be incredibly impressed with what we have done to ensure our standards and protocols are safer than ever, I promise. Infection control isn't new to us, we've got this. I also want to let you know i am worried for my industry partners. I supply over 2500 clinics around Australia and this week my heart aches for them; they are hurting, they are breaking and many are giving up; you see we never anticipated being closed for ten weeks and not having a reopening date to work with; many are anxious, depressed and in bad places. 06.01.2022 Those of you that have listened to my chapters earlier on the Bliss Project would remember how I started my career as a 16 year old. My mentor the greatest man in my life was my biggest support he was my Dad. Sadly 6 weeks ago he passed away leaving me and my family devastated, our grief has been greater than I imagined hence I haven’t posted in a long while. I would like to share a video of a special man that gave me so much support and encouragement throughout my journey in the Beauty Industry. I will continue to make him proud and remember all our special times together love and miss you so very much Dad
