16.01.2022 LOCK UP STAGE! Insulation installed and gyprocking started. Rough in for electrical and plumbing also completed.

11.01.2022 It’s been a busy twelve months in the Brett household. Welcoming our first little girl into the world and taking on the six month build of our granny flat has meant I’ve been very busy! This is a 60 square meter, two bedroom granny flat. Outside images to come once we finish off the landscaping. The wife and I are very happy with the result; quality finishes and a nice little place to call home. And if you’re after a good property photographer, I definitely have a recommenda...tion! Thanks to Addicted to Plastering, Pivotal Power Electrical Pty Ltd, DPK Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Pty Ltd, Streater Plumbing, Cochrane plumbing, A.N Furniture and Monaco industries. 10.01.2022 And here is the first week of progress from my latest job - a granny flat!

10.01.2022 Another job completed - extension of cypress pine floorboards at the home of yet another happy customer in Oyster Bay!

09.01.2022 The installation of aluminium bi-fold doors - old bi-fold doors were replaced.

08.01.2022 The second week of progress on the granny flat; finished internal framing, built and sheeted roof and installed fascia gutter. On track and looking good!

08.01.2022 Recent job completed. Involved the removal of an aluminium window and the installation of a bi-fold window and Merbau serving bench.

06.01.2022 Here is a job recently completed. A merbau deck extension - my work on the right.

02.01.2022 Installed a small deck, set of stairs and accessible decked cover over pool filter using Merbau timber.
