18.01.2022 The scales will fluctuate daily and there is too many factors at play to use it as a consistent measure of your progress. Having a way of accurately measure progress is imperative to staying consistent long term. If you can’t measure your progress how are you meant to know if you are on track or not. Set weekly goals e.g. train 4x this week. You do that and it’s a progression from 3x Sessions last week then you are on the right track!



14.01.2022 If you are going to spend money to reach your goals, spend the money on something that’s actually proven to give you results (a good coach) rather than some supplement company trying to get you to buy their products. Also some education: To burn stubborn body fat, just eat in a caloric deficit. That’s the secret supplement everyone is using to get results.

14.01.2022 STOP Stop thinking and just starting doing. Stop looking for motivation and just get to work.... Stop looking for everyone else’s approval and just believe in yourself. Stop making excuses and start finding solutions. Stop waiting for the right time and just start now. Don’t know how else to say it, if you want something just go do it. Sick of where you are? Make the change and put in the effort. You are in control. No one else is going to do it for you!

10.01.2022 When it was all just a dream Throwback to 2 years ago when all that I have achieved was just an idea in my head. With no idea which steps to take, I just took it day by day. Learning from mistakes and never giving up. Not listing to what everyone else had to say or telling me why it wouldn't work.... Instead of just talking ideas and thinking, I acted. I put in the work and all the work behind closed doors that people don’t see. With 4am starts I was too busy to post on insta or let everyone know I am on that grind.. Constantly battling burn out and managing everything life has to throw at me. Secret to success? Hard work and finding solutions not excuses. So simple, yet not many people can achieve it. Excited to see where I can go from here because it feels like I have only just started.
