24.01.2022 A sneak peek at one of the images from my Canon Australia RF 15-35mm f2.8 L lens review. Was really hoping to publish the review today but have had server issues, all sorted out now but I will have to leave it until tomorrow. This image is a composite of the previous stacked Milky Way image I shared yesterday and a foreground shot I took on the same night after the moon popped up. No the milky way will never be in that position it's just astro art. Will have the full review ...up on www.nightscapephotographer.com asap, in the meantime take a look around there is lot's of other great content. Cheers Daniel

20.01.2022 It’s not always about Nightscapes and Astro I’ve always had an interest in Macro so when Laowa Australia gave me the opportunity to try their 100mm f2.8 2x RF macro lens I was more than happy to give it a try, there’s not to many lenses out there that allow you to get in this close. Image details - Spiny Leaf insect having a bite to eat ... Settings f11, 100mm, 1/160 iso100 Gear used - Canon Australia EOS R camera and 430ex flash and home made macro soft box. Laowa by Venus Optics 100mm f2.8 2x RF macro lens As always feel free to share Any questions about the Laowa 100mm macro feel free to ask. Laowa Australia have also given me a discount code for anyone interested in purchasing the 100mm macro or any other product from their site here https://laowa.com.au hit me up via DM for the code.

20.01.2022 I've had the Canon 15-35 f2.8 RF lens on loan from Canon Australia for a few weeks for a review over on www.nightscapephotographer.com Unfortunately I have to send it back this week so snuck out last night to grab a few tracked images before the moon came up and then went and captured a few scenes under the moonlight that I will use to composite with the tracked images shot earlier in the night. Just having a sneak peak at the images now and quite liked this one taken at aro...und 2.30 am. Camera - Canon EOS R Lens - Canon 15-35mm f2.8 RF

13.01.2022 Currently writing a review of the Canon Australia RF 15-35mm f2.8 L IS USM lens, making slow progress with only a few paragraphs written so far but I have edited all the images. I shared this image elsewhere a few days ago but forgot to share it here, I really like the way it turned out. It's a stack of 14 images all tracked using my IOptron Skyguider Pro and stacked in Starry landscape stacker. Settings for each shot, 24mm f2.8, 90sec, iso1600, Camera Canon EOS R. Should hop...efully have the review of the RF 15-35mm f2.8 L written tonight and published on www.nightscapephotographer.com tomorrow some time. As always, likes, comments, shares always appreciated. Cheers Daniel

08.01.2022 Have been planning this shot for months. I probably left it a little late in the night as I would of liked the Milky Way a little higher but I got sidetracked by the strong zodiacal light and figured I could shoot this again over the coming weeks if needed. I'm still quite happy with this shot though as it confirms my planning was perfect and I can go in confident with plans I have for the future. Image details 11 frame panoramic, each shot 24mm, f2, 20 sec iso 6400.... Camera Canon Australia EOS R Lens Samyang Optics Australia 24mm f1.4 As always feel free to share

04.01.2022 Have been photographing this old tree for years as it’s only a few minutes from my house. This shot was taken a couple of weeks ago while out capturing images with the Canon Australia 15-35mm f2.8 RF for a review I’m writing. The review will be available on www.nightscapephotographer.com soon ... Single image with very little post processing 15mm, f2.8, 20sec iso 6400 taken on the Canon EOS R As always feel free to share
