20.01.2022 Yesterday I had a very honest conversation about where we are headed for the future as a collective and on a personal level? We came to the conclusion that if there is such a thing as Ascension, then now is the perfect time to release our fears and face our shadows and address any outstanding relationships issues or wrong doings. Basically let go of our fear of death and tie up loose ends. It’s time to start living the best version of our lives possible and to accept all o...f who we are, the way we are right now. Over the last few months of being in lockdown, I have started a habit of drinking one or two vodkas each night around dinner time to self sooth, numb, celebrate and escape. I have done some work around this perfectionism and expectation on myself and I have released the guilt associated with drinking. However, I also realise that this is a cover-up for other emotions that are ready to come to the surface. My friend suggested that I not be so black and white and to be more curious about this new side of me that’s coming to light. Welcome her as a new part of me or as an old friend that I have not seen for ages. Embracing and accepting all of who I am. Last night was the first night that I switched my vodka for Kombucha and soda, and I did not even think twice. I had a wonderful evening, slept very well and feel very grateful today. My latest creation: sweet and salted tahini sauce. Served on rice cakes or eaten from the spoon. ... 2 Tbsp Tahini 1 Tbsp raw honey Pinch Himalayan salt I would like to add this as a swell to my home-made vegan healthy chocolate.

16.01.2022 Today I saw and experienced one of the most beautiful things our human eye can see. This morning whilst swimming in crystal clear, calm ocean waters the magical sun was reflecting down through the ripples of the water and creating magical rainbow patterns in the formation of RIFE frequency waves dancing over each other. I had only my mind to capture this moment. So these two images kind of capture what I saw. If you can imagine the richness of every colour in the rainbow cre...ating moving waves and crossing over each other in perfect synchronicity, putting on a spectacular light show that was mesmerising, if not hypnotic. Despite the temperature being 3 outside and only 9 in the water, we swam for just over 30 minutes and for the first time I felt joyful when swimming very closely over a large flathead fish, I even smiled and said hello. This underwater world is something worth exploring. What a long way we have come Helen!

15.01.2022 A new experience today, Frog Jumps. The waves were too big to swim so I did almost 1km of deep water Frog Jumps followed by shallow water beach sprints in preparation for our Life saving Bronze Medallion re-qualification. 08.01.2022 Lol.. me taking a little chill pill in the middle of dinner preparations... Here’s my recent post from our Keto group: Yep, our brains are very clever in tricking us into emotional eating or drinking.... ... Ohhhh C’mon, just one little one... you’ve been sooooo good and you know one little one won’t make a difference, C’mon... you deserve it I’ve been working on this and question myself to see what is the emotional and / or physical need underneath. I talk about this in my book about the 5 saviours... Another thing I tell myself many times a day is that this is a lifestyle and a way of normal living for me for a while, not a diet. It is possible that it can become an obsession... I had a mild version of this, known as Orthorexia when I first became Paleo about 8 years ago. I preferred not to eat out unless I’d prepared the food because I wouldn’t know what was in it. Also, I’m quite frugal It’s tricky when the house still has foods that don’t serve us. Each week in my organic vegetable box I get loads of root and starch veg, which I don’t eat currently, so my lucky husband and kids are indiscreetly eating my normal quota. A plus note, my neighbours and clients are benefiting from any carbs in the house that my kids won’t eat. And I’m saving almost $30 a week on not drinking alcohol. Each day I have a treat after dinner, my homemade raw chocolate or kito biscuits. No one else in the family likes my treats and they cost too much to make to share around Last week I had to eat all eight custard tarts every day in a row as I can’t stand food wastage. Next week I’m going to make the kito chia pudding from my recipe book. It’s yummy Orthorexia Definition: Orthorexia can appear similar to anorexia, but instead of a compulsive focus on calories, orthorexia involves a self-destructive preoccupation with eating the right foods. It helps to have very clear goals and a future plan for maintenance and know what foods you can re- introduce in moderation after reaching your goal. 07.01.2022 Homemade Balsamic & Chilli Mayonnaise: Add to blender 1 tsp Himalayan salt, 2 whole eggs, 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp chilli powder. Blend on medium speed for 1 minute. Slowly add 250ml of mild olive oil over 3 minutes whilst blending on a medium speed (thermomix speed 4).... 03.01.2022 Channeled / Automatic / Downloaded Writing These sheets of paper are evidence of a big night of downloads from my highest self. The trade off for this quality list of original ideas is the exchange of a sleepless night. To open up my highest consciousness to receive this information I do these 3 simple activities: 1. Before sleep I focus on finding the stillness between each breath and then lengthen this time to concentrate on manifesting the best version of me. ... 2. I deliberately keep my energy vibration higher throughout the day using singing in my head, exercise, mantras and intention. 3. In bed I concentrate on feeling through my whole body emotions of gratitude, safety and love. Most nights these exercises send me into a regenerative sleep... but when the timing is right, the universal vortex opens up and I am ready to receive. I keep a notebook and a quality pen next to my bed and as the information flows in the form of thoughts, emotions and images, I reach over to my bedside table and write everything down in the dark without turning on the light. This is why there are so many sheets of paper and the writing is messy. 03.01.2022 A new hobby of mine inspired by @jeanluc_boulanger and his ocean swimming GPS artwork. As my confidence grows in the deep, I’m constantly looking for new challenges. This love heart shape was created by using one yellow pole as a reference point and involved swimming 200 strokes. To record this swimming path I put my phone in my floatation balloon and It was recorded by using the Strava App on my phone. ... It’s so much fun but definitely not as easy as it looks.
