21.01.2022 When you step back & REFLECT! I recall when I was working my butt off as a Personal Trainer. Literally working my butt off!!! ... All of the constant early morning starts and super late nights to work around clients availability. It was completely DRAINING ME!! I found I was continually drinking coffees (or pre-workout) to get me through the day And nothing frustrated me more if I was too tired to get my own workout inas Im a strong believer in walking the talk so if my performance slips - it doesnt feel good! If I was lucky I could take a nanna nap through the daywhich would throw my whole routine out, as I then wasnt tired enough to sleep at night!! On top this I was also trying to build my network marketing business Doing the constant hussle.cold calling randoms, countless coffee shop meetings, presentations, training new starters etc etc!!! So much WORK.for such tiny financial reward! And I just wasnt getting ahead! I felt like I was on a constant hamster wheel. Always running Always hustling. Always RUSHING. The hours in the day just flew by! I was exhausted, and over it! So I called ENOUGH!!! This was NOT how I wanted to spend my life!! I tapped out!! I knew there had to be a better way!! I knew there were people out there who were absolutely KILLING IT!! Living the life I WANTED!! But what where they actually doing?? I HAD to know! I reached out to a friend of mine who was having amazing success in the online space. As soon as I took a serious look at what he was doing, it instantly ticked all of the boxes for me. I went ALL INand it turned out to be the BEST DECISION EVER!! Emotionally, spiritually & FINANCIALLY!! As now. Ive been able to wrap up my PT business. I no longer have to rush anything! I enjoy all the time freedom I want. My energy levels are incredible. My sleep quality is amazing. Money gravitates to me with ease, grace & flow. I have NO STRESS, NO DEBT & NO WORRIES! And I feel so happy, healthy & FREE!!! So if youre reading this, and youre feeling like where I was I totally feel your pain! I understand the DESIRE you have for a better way to get ahead, that isnt going to cost your health. There is a whole other world out there, and its working in the online space. 15.01.2022 Let me ask you a question.would you prefer option A or B? I just did a quick comparison with the commissions we made a few months ago with our incredible online business Im a qualified PT and to earn the same amount that I earned last month, I would have had to conduct 457 x PT sessions within that month! ... Thats 114 clients a week, working 7-days a week for 16 hours a day with clients back-to-back NON-STOP!!! Which would leave me working MINIMUM from 5am-9pm EVERY SINGLE day!! With NO breaks at all No time to look after my boys No time to cook any meals The house would look crazy messy NO family time NO me time Just work, work, work.... with maybe a chance to squeeze in a shower before collapsing on my bed every night!! If I decided to take Sunday off then I would have to jam this all into a 19-hour day - leaving a tiny 5 hours late at night for me to grab a meal & then go to sleep! INSANE!! Now dont get me wrong! I certainly love helping people with their health & fitness goalsbut working these kind of hours is just not practical! My clients would arrive to a burnt out, exhausted & completely sleep deprived PT that is jacked up on so much coffee & making up exercise programs on the go as she has NO TIME to sit down and write programs that would suit the clients goals & needs!! This PT would also struggle to find the motivation within themselves to push her clients to new levels, as they themselves would either most likely be focused on how hungry they are, how incredibly tired they - and they would most likely feel completely nauseous & delirious!! NO! Not ideal!! Instead this month.I actually only worked 3-5 hours a day for 5-6 days a week. I enjoyed LOADS of beautiful family time Had 2 remedial massages Visited the day spa for a facial Caught up with great friends Volunteered for school excursions Went shopping countless times Enjoyed beautiful lunches Amazing dinners Exercised daily Ate healthy nutritious food Had a photo shoot in Brisbane Cared for my beautiful family Finalised our plans for our New Zealand trip Enjoyed loads of sleep Oh and we also purchased an epic Mercedes AMG C63 V8 beast of a car! So I vote for option B! All the way! Hell yesssss! Ive learnt to work SMARTER not harder!! All thanks to leveraging the internet! BOOM baby! Which option would you prefer to be working?
11.01.2022 I can remember when I was just starting my entrepreneurial journey I tried a few different businesses, I learnt the systems & processes, I attended all of the trainings & events - it took time & effort...with unfortunately very little reward. I felt like giving up, I found it challenging & questioned if this was for me! ...
