23.01.2022 A big thank you to i4design for all her patience and commitment creating me a new logo! Also thanks to everyone that gave me feedback. Here is my new official logo! Very exciting!

22.01.2022 Stuck for a gift idea for the person that has everything? Well give them a massage gift voucher. The best feel good present that is also good for your health!

21.01.2022 It occurred to me today how Mums in particular have so, so many things to think of every day, and even if you happen to be sitting in silence, your brain is LOU...D!! Sometimes it’s manageable, sometimes it’s totally overwhelming. For those who currently feel overwhelmed- you’re not alone. Sometimes it helps to know that. And if you can, don’t be ashamed to ask for help. This motherhood gig is incredible, but gosh, it can also be hard. Big love going to those that need it today . **adding a shout-out to the Dads who experience the same overwhelming feelings and the crush of the mental load . . . : photo by Belle Bear* www.bellebear.com *please feel free to share, but please don’t repost as your own without crediting. Thank you

21.01.2022 The reality of continuing my education in my passion of body work! This was how I spent my fathers day, I admit some days are easier than others. I appreciate everything that my Husband sacrifices to allow me to further my studies, so I able to provide a better experience for my wonderful client's. Happy Fathers Day to all the dads out there!

21.01.2022 Holidays are over and I am now back to business. This year I have to make a few changes to my hours. My main working days for February will be Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. I apologise in advance that my days and hours will be a little chaotic this year, due to undertaking further studies and family commitments. Thank you to everyone who supported my small business during 2018 and I look forward to seeing you all again in 2019!

18.01.2022 I'm Back!! After a little forced time off, I am finally opening my doors again!! However, the past 12 months have been an extremely tiring, unsettling and emotional time for my little family, on top of bush fires and the Covid-19 situation I have been working through my own personal issues. Like most business, COVID -19 is forcing a change to my business, but for myself and my family, I believe it will be a good change!... As well as following all health and safety guideline set out via the government and the health department, I will be changing the operation of my all little business. The time off has allowed my family and I focus on what is important to us, so, unfortunately, that means I will be drastically reducing the hours that I am available to Thursday's, Friday's and the occasional Saturday's to allow myself to be more present with my children when they are home. In addition to reduced hours, as of the 1st of July, I will not be renewing my provider number. Unfortunately, this will make my clients ineligible to claim a rebate from their private health fund. I have made the hard decision, not to renew my provider number due to personal/family reasons hindering me from continuing my studies at the current time. By not renewing my provider number at present, it will allow for more time and energy to be put back into my family and my valued client's. As a way for my business to regulate abide by health and safety regulations due to COVID-19, I will be removing the book now button from my Facebook page. All bookings will need to be made directly through me, preferably via text message, to allow for more efficient vetting of patients. If you have any concerns or queries regarding these changes, or if you wish to make a booking, please contact me on 0428 468 701. I would like to thank all my valued clients for their support and encouragement, while I have had to step back a gather myself again. I look forward to hearing from you all again soon, and all about the wonderful projects you have completed during isolation! Regards, Danielle

11.01.2022 Me again I had to make some changes to the logo! It looked great on a screen but when printed the colours looked horrible! Here are 3 more options with bold colouring!

05.01.2022 Exciting news!! There are lots of things happening behind the scenes of my little business, over the next few weeks you will start to see some significant changes! This week to help make appointment bookings smoother I have added a live "Book Now" button to my Facebook page. Hopefully, this will make it a little easier for people to book appointments around their schedule. I am now a member of Myotherapy Association Australia. Why Myotherapy? Well if you did not know I have ...almost finished the first year of my Bachelor's degree in Health Science (Myotherapy) "Myotherapy is a branch of manual therapy that helps clients to manage and relieve pain and decrease movement restriction. Myotherapy involves extensive physical evaluation and an integrated approach to treating affected muscles, joints, connective tissue and nerves. It uses standard methods of assessment, such as neurological and functional testing to determine the particular cause of musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction. Myotherapists work with holistic, long-term goals in mind and provide rehabilitation plans for clients to help prevent reoccurrence." Endeavour College (2019)
