What is your stability like during exercise?... Do you have a firm foundation from your feet up to perform your exercises, such as squats, deadlifts, even bicep curls correctly. 16.01.2022 This was a challenge due to moving from teaching with focus pads to shadow boxing.

14.01.2022 No sugar coating. Getting results takes work. Sometimes we get jaded by "those" Instagram post. Some of theses amazing results came from working at it anywhere up to 6 days a week, strict eating and TIME. Not 3 months, 6 months. 12 months is a good starting point. ... Other results have different time frames and scheduled workouts. Some of these peoples routines will NOT suit or work for you. Genetically or because of lifestyle. My advice. Start small. Move your body. Find a baseline workout routine, squats, push, pull, lunge, hip hinge and core. Then build on that. If you don't know how to do this properly first then you will start off on the wrong foot. Squat before squat jump before forward jump before box jump. Bodyweight before free weights before barbells etc. Find something that peaks your interest. Start at the bottom and build it. Then keep looking at ways to improve that you might enjoy.

11.01.2022 Gyms in SA will reopen Monday the 1st of June and we are ecstatic. Be aware there will be strict conditions upon opening. But please don't let that deter you from returning. Restrictions will be a maximum of 80, only 20 per room and limited to 10 people per class.... I will be available in the gym but I will also continue to provide services online. Following the restrictions and being understanding and kind will help keep us going. We can't wait to see you face to face again

06.01.2022 Absolutely one size does not fit all but instructed correctly and knowing your clientele adjustments can be made online training can still be a great benefit. This is why proper interaction with your trainer and assessments should still be done the same way we do in our gym.
