19.01.2022 Soooo after many many requests I'm finally releasing a new 6week online fat loss plan. The 6weeks will commence Monday 31st August, just in time for spring, the warmer weather & hopefully take us through to the easing of covid restrictions. Included in the program you receive a weekly email for 6 weeks with your meal plan & recipes, you also receive breakfast & snack lists to choose from. The plan is designed to create a calorie deficit to generate fat loss and accountability is ensured with a weekly check in with myself via email. Contact me for further info or to secure your spot.
