23.01.2022 Gazing into the last light of 2018 & reflecting on the year that was, along with the years that have been This year I felt more like ME than I have in a very long time I feel like I honoured my many and complex emotions more, I welcomed them with warmth and acceptance (mostly) which allowed me to work through and transform them rather than burying them deeper into my inner being.. A work in progress Our shadows are not to be shunned dark & light - yin & yang !! I ...found my voice My body begun transforming (with no effort/change in diet/exercise) beginning a very deep healing process I trusted my path, I felt guided and supported, whilst sometimes, almost simultaneously doubting it and feeling unsupported and lost. I was super challenged as a Mumma, our kids are our best teachers (I am sometimes not a very graceful learner) I am very grateful for his existence!! I got to establish my own clinic doing the things I love to do, providing a space for people to come to heal.. I feel truly humbled that I get to spread my work through our beautiful community, so much gratitude for giving me the chance to do what I love, whilst providing for my little family Wishing you all so much of the things that you love for 2019!! 15.01.2022 Kids LOVE acupuncture Kids LOVE cupping Kids LOVE neurolink This little guy returned home from school sick. Headache, fever with chills, sore muscles & fatigued. In Chinese medicine it is described as an invasion of evil pathogenic factor. In Western Medicine it would be described as cold/flu or viral. A little light needling, cupping & tiger warmer, followed by screening & correcting viral protocols with neurolink. Add a little love & some rest & I am sure he will be good... to go tomorrow!
