25.01.2022 Whoops I have been lazy and not updating my weekly market trading. Two weeks ago (17 Nov) we were at the Twilight Hawkers Market and it was super busy!!! The Christmas light trail opened up that night and huge crowds were drawn to the CBD. Thanks all for buying our waffles!!!

Yes it is a waffle... but one from a recipe that was used for generations in a small town in Holland to draw out the crowds! Only a lucky few know this recipe. Now is the time you can try it... 24.01.2022 The new season is about to start and we are looking for staff. People that have worked with us before have received an email with the available dates. If you are interested in working with us on some Fridays and Saturdays between Oct and Mar too, please pm me. We prefer Dutch speaking, because of our branding. Experience with food markets/hospitality is a pre. We need can do-ers with a drive to work hard with a smile on their face. Customer service skills are a must and you have to be physically fit to set up and pack up stuff, some lifting included. Looking forward to meeting you soon!

18.01.2022 So, so sorry guys! We are here since one hour trying to set up, but there is way too much wind. It is too risky for us too trade tonight. We are really sad about it and have tried everything we could think of, but have now decided that we have to go home. We will try again next week and hope that you will be there then to support us.

06.01.2022 Today did a barista course at Barista HQ. So cool!!! There is so much to coffee making. Really awesome to be able to make all coffees myself. Now it will only be a matter of practising my milk frotting skills... Would definitely recommend this course!
