24.01.2022 Sick of the same old boring chicken? I always like to change up my flavours when cooking and it’s really easy to make chicken taste better. I usually pick a fresh herb of some sort throw in some ground spice, lemon always makes things exciting and then garlic is always a good choice and if you like heat then chilli too. There’s a lot of fillers,preservatives and sugar in some of the pre made herb mixes so I’m huge on creating it yourself.... Today I cooked chicken thighs and here’s what I added. - fresh thyme -crushed garlic -paprika -salt and pepper - half lemon juice -ghee -chilli Enjoy



21.01.2022 Sick of steamed and boiled boring greens? Lately I have been oven baking my greens. Its simple and adds some nice texture. Olive oil salt and pepper and oven bake for around 25 mins.

10.01.2022 Yes your probably thinking ANOTHER post about water but hey hopefully there is someone out there who doesn’t know about this. I know for a fact there are people out there who still don’t drink enough water and wonder why they might be feeling the way they do. Something that I’ve noticed is a reoccurring issue for my clients and others around me is lack of water intake which then plays a huge role in their performance in the gym and can have a negative effect on their digesti...on and mental clarity. A simple calculation you can go by is your Bodyweight in kilos x 30-40 which equals to the amount of ml to have daily. Obviously athletes who are training for longer periods at a time would be on the higher end of the scale. So in simple terms.. who is going to stay hydrated me?
