25.01.2022 Quick study, just for fun. It's nice just painting and enjoy mark making without the need to say anything. Paint is paint. Does there need to be anything more?

25.01.2022 Catching up on lots of work. Here's my latest portrait straight off the digital easel. If you're waiting for something from me...I'm getting there! Need to learn to paint with my feet so I can double my output.

24.01.2022 New portrait commission. Quick paint sketch. I think I like these more than highly polished pieces.

23.01.2022 Who doesn't love these guys? Having fun with throwing paint around. I might release studies like these as limited edition prints....Do you think anyone would be interested. I'm thinking editions of 10, just small ones around a3 or maybe even a4. Let me know what you think

23.01.2022 Detail of something cooking on the easel. "A violent need to speak the truth.. " is the lyric of the morning. #abstractrealism #lambofgod

22.01.2022 Finished...sort of!

15.01.2022 Sneak peek at a special portrait.

14.01.2022 Finished. Calling this one " The Captain". Cheers Mark McGowan for doing such a good job.

13.01.2022 Work in progress of Mark McGowan. I'm thinking of leaving large parts raw...maybe a little more painting into the face, a few more strategic daubs of blue and call it done. Hit me with your feedback. I have only a couple of days to get this done

13.01.2022 Happy Mother's Day Rosie xxx

13.01.2022 Mural painted at high speed for Miss Chow's in Claremont. Luckily they kept me stoked up with lots of wonderful food and coffee! Miss Chow's is an amazing place, I can't recommend it highly enough. Wonderful food and the most gorgeous people who make this place so special.

09.01.2022 Here's the full portrait. Thank you Hayley Edwards for getting in touch. It's awesome when something comes together so fortuitously. Hayley contacted me about painting her kids...we got talking and next thing we're talking about life the universe and everything and in particular the work she does as a local council member and her being drawn to advocating for the homeless. She told me about this wonderful guy, Owen Farmer who goes into Rockingham every morning at 5am to check on the homeless and get them food and just be there for them. Owen spent time on the streets in the past and understands well the hardships and complications that these people face. So...I just had to paint this portrait of Owen.

08.01.2022 Latest fantasy painting. Almost done. I should mention this isn't a painting of God (thanks Matt!). This guy is a character in a book. Apparently he's got this shape shifting human cloud thing going on.

06.01.2022 New one. Finishing touches to go.

06.01.2022 New one in progress. Messing around with realism and abstraction.

04.01.2022 Latest painting. Destined for Linton and Kay gallery. Thanks to Lamb of God for the tunes and thank you Maja Topcagic for the incredible image that inspired the painting.

03.01.2022 Work in progress. Sci fi dude. Oh...and by the way, f$#k you Donald Trump.

02.01.2022 Local blogger, Sam Peters covers all things to do with the bay. This week he hit me up with some questions about my painting. Check him out here - My Day In The Bay https://www.facebook.com/110714060616001/posts/166271998393540/
