23.01.2022 The theme in clinic this week has been the water element from 5 element theory. . Clients have connected with their inner wisdom and knowledge to transcend feelings of fear and loneliness. Water types seek safety and avoid what they fear at all costs. This may lead to controlling behaviour in order to feel safe. The Kidney and Bladder organs relate to the water element. . 17.01.2022 Rose quartz has been a big theme in clinic this week, reminding me to take some time for myself and for self love. . . When studying Kinesiology, I at first avoided crystals, especially rose quartz but one session I was covered with rose quartz, head to toe. In this session I had a powerful breakthrough around guilt and achievement which had been holding me back for 23 years. From then on I understood (partially at least) the power of the energy around us and crystals weren’t... so strange anymore. . . Rose quartz is all about self love and healing the heart.
