One of the highlights of 2019 was helping our clients Josh a...nd Sarah, who are expats living in Hong Kong, buy a number of investment properties. Josh is 40 and Sarah is 37 with Josh working as a banking executive and Sarah as a stay at home mum. They have a property in Sydney, which was their original PPOR before moving to Hong Kong.
