15.01.2022 Posting this here, so I can look back next year and be reminded in a visual capacity, of a surreal time when gin and hand sanitiser packages were a thing. I love @huskdistillers @inkgin for their dedication to overhaul their production lines to make bulk supplies of hand sanitiser in a time of crisis. I will say, I do love a good glass bottle - I upcycled these beauties, which are now holding dried floral blooms on my work desk.

14.01.2022 I had an artist reach out to me today, to say she used my photo as inspiration for a painting! How amazing, I love how creativity flows. Feeling grateful and what talent she has too.

14.01.2022 It's important as a photographer to always practice with new lighting setups, techniques and backdrops. Today i am playing around with a new backdrop and some hard light (hence shadows). I just loveeeee this colour. It gives a very contemporary feel. Your photo backdrop vastly impacts your final image and its overall feel and quality...if i had photographed this on plain white paper the luxe feel would be missing.

03.01.2022 In between jobs this week, I have been determined to let my creativity flow and experiment freely...not for any other goal except too JUST PLAY! I set myself the challenge tonight to create a photo within a narrow time frame, with objects I had on hand. So with my new perfume that arrived, a grapefruit from the fruit bowl and a little bit of me flexing my styling muscles this is what unfolded. What are your thoughts?
