25.01.2022 Christmas tree cake So much fun was had making this cake for a little gathering over the weekend with a new flavour in tow, Neapolitan. A baked chocolate cake base topped with a layer of vanilla and a layer of mixed berry. My 4 year old helped decorate, she got so excited being able to help with this one. She's getting so creative in the kitchen these days, with so many ideas to share, one proud mumma here ... A wee reminder that cakes and dessert grazing boxes are available to order, with our cut off date being December 17th. Last pick up/delivery is the morning of December 24 from Seaford. Probably because its the first time Ive made something so elaborate and different to my usual raw deserts. Dehydrating and fermenting also takes quite some time ... These beauties consist of a peanut graham cracker tart shell, filled with peanut caramel, caramelised brandy bananas, fermented peanut cream and finished with a chocolate glaze. 100% plant based and gluten free.
