25.01.2022 As was foretold by our founding fathers, this December we will cede from mainland Australia and declare our own independent state - The People's Republic of Dankmurraystan. As is the custom, we will celebrate with 5 days of dank camping times at our ancestral homeland on the banks of the Murray River. Please come along to help us celebrate the only way we know how - byo vibes. Unfortunately our holy public holidays are not represented by the archaic Australian Government, mea...ning that you will have to make sure to let "The Man" know you will need these days off. Especially the Friday. Especially. Fun. However, any republic is only as good as its people. 5 years ago, a group of people decided to organise a camping weekend of fun, festivities and fun. Year on year, the crowds swelled, with population levels rising as well as the looming doom of global warming. Regardless of these maladies, the annual gathering of the Dankmurraystanian's has gotten bigger and bigger year on year - until the calls for secession grew too loud to ignore. So come help us celebrate our new found independence with 6 days of camping, activities, picnics, consumption of alcopops, and potentially some fun games. Bring your friends, and their friends, and their friends, and their parents, but maybe not their parents. Facilities provided: - None See you there!
