21.01.2022 Gratitude is a gateway you can utilise as many times as you wish. The more you do, the more you will Got 2 minutes? Do this. Then close your eyes and practice and do it everyday ... 1. Think of someone/thing you have absolute gratitude for 2. Picture them/it 3. Imagine putting their image in your heart and as you do, let THAT feeling begin to ripple out through your whole body .. nothing but that feeling flowing through you ... See those in that image as though they were there with you, hear them, feel that good feeling ... 4. Turn up the feeling 5. Choose to come back to that feeling as many times as you need too. 21.01.2022 Update: My work is continuing as normal, and will for as long as possible for us face to face. Distancing & cleanliness standards are in place with a single entry door onsite. Then work continues as normal online. All of my work transfers online, in fact 60% of my work is already online, so no great change.... Today I have so far worked with anxiety, stress response and booked a quit smoking client. Ill be doing FREE online group sessions moving forward to assist with overcoming fear, anxiety and overwhelm, self hypnosis and therapeutic meditations. Individual sessions always give individual results and payment plans are in place to make it affordable and easy. Group programs are about to be released also so that you can shift as consciousness shifts. Now is the time to shift your thinking, doing and BE-ing. It is no surprise that you are feeling the pull to find new ways of living. Ill be releasing a Conscious Living Program asap for group enrollment to keep it affordable and ongoing. Change needs change. Healing sessions, hypnosis sessions, skills and tools sessions will be offered as usual. Stay tuned, organising now. My job, joy and purpose is to assist right now ... just getting the technology sorted to do that easily.

19.01.2022 This room ... has seen many changes. This room ... has allowed me to facilitate life changing shifts and reframes for many men and women. This room has seen PTSD, Anxiety and Depression dissolved. This room has seen people quit smoking, change their relationship with food and be free of physical and emotional pain. This room has seen nearly 50 people begin and elevate their relationship with Reiki Energy and self healing.... This room let me have space to grow as a therapist, an artist when I needed it and as ME. This room became the site for my first International clients online. This room hosted training prep for the American, UK and Australian Hypnotherapy Associations. This room became the healing vortex that allowed my Mediumship to blossom and then thrive. Spirit came easily and the messages became easier to interpret in this space. This room ... has carved an indelible groove into my journey. . . This room ... is now ready for a new tennant, as I bid farewell today. SOULWORK is transitioning as am I. This Covid downtime has given me the space to carve a new direction. Know that my work continues online just as it did in this room. Same outcomes, from your home, online. A whole new world awaits, and Im super happy to fully embrace that online world. Tonight Im recovering from what feels like 1000 trips up and down those stairs ... 27 to be exact. 3 years of new bits, furniture and 10 years of client files all now at ground level.
