25.01.2022 A Wander around Perth City 10th May 2020. Primary porous was to focus on the Older Buildings in Perth. Only did the round between Barrack st to King Street

25.01.2022 A big thank you to everyone that attended the Stan Davies Seascapes workshop on Sept 22nd and 23rd. We spent the two days shooting some great coastal locations ...in the Margaret River Region, capturing both sunrise and sunsets along the way. Stan worked with the group to illustrate the benefits of using 6 and 10 stops Neutral Density Filters (ND) to blur water and cloud movement and encouraged everyone to focus on their image composition to get the best shots possible. Having the mini bus to shuttle everyone around was great and on Saturday night everyone met at the Cowaramup Club for dinner and a bit of a de-brief on the days shooting. All in all a great couple of days in a beautiful part of the state with Stans jokes and banter along the way! Stan Davies Photography

19.01.2022 These Photos were Taken with my New D780 and Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 24-70mm f/2.8E ED Lens on the day that I received them. I wanted to test out the auto focus in lo light and was pleasantly surprised with the results. Normally I turn of auto Focus and then manually focus. Taken at Kings Park Perth on the 28th Feb 2020... The Photos settings were 50mm, F10, 30 Sec 100 ISO 24mm, F2.8 1/6 Sec 3200 ISO Interestingly that I was able to capture the moon setting between the flag poles.

14.01.2022 These 2 Photos were taken out of Perth on Sunday night, Monday Morning 29-30th March 2020. I was using my Sky watcher Sky Adventure tracking My New D780 Camera and My Nikon 14-24 (Set to 14mm) Lens set to F2.8 Both photos were using the new feature on the 780 that you can increase the exposure time significantly before going to bulb mode... in my case I chose 5 minute exposure Both photos were Taken with an ISO of 200 The first photo was taken at 8:45 pm, The second one was taken at 2:02am on the bottom left of frame you will see Jupiter (The brightest) Then below and more left Mars Then just above the tree Saturn
