24.01.2022 There’s been a change from the education council. They have amended and realised a new regulation in regards to Safe Transportation of Children which starts October 1st 2020. These are available to view and have a read at your leisure. There is also form to say that you have been informed of the new policy for Family Daycare that you will have to sign to acknowledge that you have read and been advised of this change. 13.01.2022 So our special delivery of hand crochet ‘Room on The Broom’ characters came 2 weeks ago. And the children had a quick chance to have a quick play. I also made some story stones and some stick puppets for them to act out the story. But these are for something special I have in mind for our Halloween week this year (This has to be one of my favourite books of all time)

For this Father’s Day, the children have been busy creating lots of different things. Some drink coasters, a bottle opener, cards, and some even made a tie for their dad to wear! I hope you enjoy using them as much as the kids had fun creating them for you!

11.01.2022 We Wiggled our way through a very eventful day to help Levi celebrate his 3rd birthday. Presents, dress ups, pirates, Dorothy the dinosaurs tails, Henry the octopus legs. Craft, drawing, dancing with streamers, balloons, birthday cake....... what a fun day of excitement.

01.01.2022 So last month we had another Covid-19 out break in Sydney. So once again we have had another discussion and reminder on the importance of washing our hands. We are extremely lucky that we have a very crafty mum ( thanks Hannah ). So Dan brought some fabric and we drew our own designs on it. Islah and Loma drew germs on there’s. We then sent the home with Lillian for her mum to sew them up for us. And this is the results. ... Today we once again talked about germs and this time we had a visual to show us. Dan drew some germs on with some watermarks, then added some shaving cream. We used our hands and fingers to ‘clean and wash’ away the germs.
