13.01.2022 reiwa.com has reported that as of June 21st, the weekly property transactions in Perth have reached over 1000 which is its highest level since 2013. Although land sales have contributed to almost half of this number, its encouraging to see the new buyer incentives are helping the market pick back up. The actual amount of properties on the market is roughly 5000 less than this time last year (10,000 currently, as opposed to 15,000 last year), which indicates the supply & demand is shifting towards a balanced market - heres hoping for continuous improvement.
