24.01.2022 IMPORTANT CORONAVIRUS UPDATE - PLEASE READ! Given the recent Government directives on non-essential indoor gatherings and the social distancing rules of maintaining 4 square metre distance from other people, we are changing the way we will operate tryons in our store. To ensure the safety of our customers and staff and to continue to give customers the opportunity to try on garments prior to ordering, we will now operate by appointment only from 28 March to 26 April, provided... there are no further changes to the current government directives. The duration of each appointment is 20 minutes, with a maximum of 10 people at any given time. Children are permitted to have 1 parent/guardian accompany them and the child + 1 parent is equivalent to 1 person so there is no need to book 2 people for an appointment in this case. We also ask that each customer bring their own hand sanitiser. We have set up an electronic appointment schedule where customers can book their own tryon appointments. 21.01.2022 What a year! There’s been so much uncertainty and, for some, real financial difficulty. We understand if you weren’t able to order in the first round and we want to help. So in response to these unique circumstances we are extending our reorder period to give everyone another opportunity to order leotards, performance wear tops AND performance wear leggings. The new reorder period dates are: Orders open on Monday 11 May... Orders close on Sunday July 19 Delivery on 9 October (orders posted to individuals as normal for the reorder period) We hope all your members find the perfect outfit to make them want to dance like everyone’s watching. 17.01.2022 UPDATE ON REORDER CUTOFF DATE We realise that you might want to road test your new gear from the first round of orders before you place another order. So, to give you this opportunity we’re going to extend the reorder cutoff date to 31 July! Some have asked about our store reopening and all we can say at this point is that we will review this in line with any easing of Government restrictions.

11.01.2022 Dear Physie Sisters, As a business, the health and safety of both our staff and our customers is paramount. We are committed to keeping our store open during the main ordering period, but we are also taking precautions to help slow the spread of COVID-19 as the situation evolves. We will be implementing the following measures in our stores: Encouraging both staff and customers to practice social distancing; Supporting staff who exhibit any symptoms of COVID-19 or who have... had contact with a confirmed case to remain away from work until they receive medical clearance; Providing access to soap and hot water or hand sanitiser for our staff and customers; Ensuring that all high-touch areas including counters, doors, and change areas are cleaned more regularly; and Washing and/or heat treating our tryon leotards and performance wear regularly throughout the ordering period If you are experiencing symptoms or have been in direct contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19, we ask that you refrain from visiting the store. Please follow the Australian Government's guidelines on self-isolation, and call the National Coronavirus Help Line on 1800 020 080 for further instruction. Please also consider the timing of your visit to our store and avoid peak times like Saturday morning or weekday mornings to help with social distancing. Please also try to limit the amount of time you spend in our store. Being prepared before you arrive by browsing our website, discussing options with your teacher and having an idea of the styles and colours you are interested is advised. We also encourage you to place your order over our website at home after you leave the store rather than in-store. Please note that if the store becomes too congested at any given time we may need to consider restricting customer numbers in the store. For those who would prefer to avoid coming to the store and have missed their club tryon, you can still order by consulting the measurement charts and colour charts on our website, browsing the leotard and performance wear styles and placing your order.
