23.01.2022 Here is a emergency sewer repair we did for a 3 town house unit complex. The damage sewer pipe was loacte underneath the common Driveway where tree roots had entered causing blockages and affecting Unit 1. We wore able to make the repairs to the damaged sewer pipe and Reinstate concrete driveway for unit 2 and 3 to be able to drive there cars into there garages. 05.01.2022 A property we attended where the client had issues with there evaporative cooling system not filling with water to operate. They had also mentioned while 2 taps on in the house there would be very low water pressure. We had conducted a pressure test to find the water meter pressure coming in was only 300kpa. Where the house next door was at 400kpa. We had diagnosed the issue to be coming from the pressure limiting valve installed on the water meter. Once the valve was replaced the water pressure was back up to 400kpa . Now the client's evaporative cooler is now operating correctly and the client can use more then 1 tap at a time without having poor water pressure.
