25.01.2022 Hi every one first email update is scheduled to go out tomorrow afternoon with the hope that I have done everything correctly there is some very important information on there which every one needs to know so I have copied the information and included it below for you all to read I will also have signs up in the salon .... If you have any questions about any of the information you receive please do not hesitate to talk to me at your next appointment. Chloe Price Increase and Changes to Services * Prices will increase from 1st of July 2019 Hi everyone, this fist one will be about price increase and some changes to services i provide please find the changes below thank you look I forward to seeing you all at your next appointments .. Price Changes : Nail Trimming(Short Service) $5increase Bath Only: $10 increase Bath/Tidy $10 increase Bath/De-shed $10 increase Full Groom / Styling $5 increase Changes to services: I will no longer be plucking ears or doing anal glands you will need to see your vet. Add on Services : Theses are services you can now add on to your regular grooming session if you wish . Please note these services may add extra time to grooming. Short Services: These are services you can now book in for that take 10 minutes and or less great for between grooms . Ear cleaning will now be a add on service and incur a $5 fee infected ears will not be touched you will need to see your vet. Eye Trimming is know available as a short service for a $10 fee between appointments for those longer coated breeds who need regular trimming around those areas you will need to make an appointment for this service. Spa Tablets are know available as a add on service for or $5 a treatment also. Please note Weekly/Monthly clients will still receive discounts. The new service list will be out soon and new services will be added to the online booking system if you are booking in that way again please do not hesitate to talk to me. 25.01.2022 Thanks so much every one for another great year at Dapper words cannot express how great full I am to have you all. I have a counter full of beautiful cards and a table full of gifts that I also appreciate very much thank you all I feel very appreaciate and spoilt indeed ....it has been a big year, and I cannot believe it is nearly over. I will be open again on the 6th of January I will be around on Friday and Saturday for those who have appointments. If you are wanting a new year appointment please book online(this is the quickest and easiest way) or send a txt and I will get back to you as soon as I can. I did not get a chance to take as many photos as I would like this year but I will share the ones I have... 25.01.2022 So many things going on at the moment in the salon and still so busy, thank you for your on going support and patience during theses times. We are starting a client photo wall at Dapper Dog any copies of photos you have that you would like to have displayed in the salon we would love to have them, if you could bring them on your next appointment , I also have many photos of fur children I will be printing so you can all have a look soon thank you xx

24.01.2022 Hi every one hope you are enjoying your break, over the next few months the council will be upgrading New Town road work already started in February and is now getting close to us. ***Starting from May access the the shop may be delayed, and you will not be able to park out the front to drop off or pick up as part of New Town road will be closed so you will need to park further down I will contact those of you who have appointments further we will need to work together with every one to make it all work I am happy to assist any one with their dogs if you are worried about walking them down, I have attached photos of the plans the council has given me and you can also find out more information on their website . https://www.hobartcity.com.au//new-town-info-sheet-feb-201

24.01.2022 Hi every one so sorry for the lack of updates of late the silly season has started extra early this yearand things have been on the extreme side of busy, unfortunately Darci has had to leave us to concentrate on her health I wish her all the best. This mean that I am on my own again, I have decided it will be to much for me to get some one in, I have had many offers thank you but its not just a case of coming in and bathing dogs, groomers have high standards of how we like ou...r dogs to be prepared for to work on and I want to have the time to share my knowledge of coat, products ect and at the moment I do not have a spare minute in the salon so I will hold off for now . I have also decided to stop taking on new clients for now I do have a new client waiting list that I have started to fill, regular clients of Dapper Dog please note that I only have literally a handful of appointments left for the year and have also started filling a waiting list Nov/Dec . I will be taking a short break next week and will be closed from 25/29 I will be back in the on the 30th. 21.01.2022 wow what a year it has been at Dapper Dog so busy all year round which is amazing, I cannot thank you all enough for all your support and amazing gifts and cards it has been over whelming this year so thank you so much and also for your patience I really appreciate you all mean so much to me . Saturday was officially the last day until the 3rd of January how ever I am back in on the 27th for people who have appointments on that day and also getting the rest of my new year app...ointments booked in . Please let me know if you no longer need to be on the waiting list. If you can hold off and keep your up coming appointm...ents that would be a great help also. Appreciate every ones patience and kind words during these times its been a challenge to say the least and its not over yet. I am very sorry for those who missed out over the closure period , but this was not something I could take lightly.. hope every can understand and hope to see you all soon. 18.01.2022 Thank you so much every one for all your kind words and comments, its been very hard but a lot easier when I know I have clients there when I can re open. I am working behind the scenes on my continuity plan, I have had to make a few hard decisions to insure I can keep going but I will keep you all updated on that as I continue to work on things. I appreciate every ones patience as always you always are and I appreciate it especially during these very strange times the un certainty is a little hard to deal with and I have been taking it day by day at the moment and hope that it will be all over soon. I think it is more important now more then ever we stay at home unless absolutely essential so all this effort we have made to control this does not go to waste. 16.01.2022 Thank you so much to every one again for all your patients and understanding during these busy times, I am very sorry to those people who have been UN able to get an appointment or to any one I have missed. Txt msgs are still preferred at this stage please and I would recommend anyone who is wanting an appointment/appointments before the end of the year to pre book as soon as possible. There has been so much going on at Dapper Dog over the past few months, I we will be doing a long over due update of all our client records ,(if anyone does not wish to store their information in the cloud please let us know) will will let you no when this happens and what new information we require, I am also working on a new easier way to book your appointments, spa tablet treatments will be here very soon as well ;)

15.01.2022 If anyone clients out there have or no of any one who has dogs they would be interested in letting me work on as a grooming project to help further my skills please send me a txt I am looking to practice my hand scissoring skills and also hand stripping breeds I am looking for are: Bichon, Poodle(any size) jack russel, Border Terrier will consider other wire coated breeds but would prefer a easier coat to work with the dogs need to be as close as the breed standard as possible grooming would be done at a highly discounted rate as i would need to see the dogs weekly and after hours feel free to share if you think you no of any one thank you Chloe x

14.01.2022 Hi every one thanks for your patience over the past few months really appreciate it ...a quick update with everything thats going on I have also sent this information out in a email which will be sent out tomorrow morning its a constantly changing situation as we all know and Ill do my best to keep every one updated on any changes to the way I operate please take some time to read as I would like us all to take some extra precautions at this time ........ Business as usual... at Dapper Dog until further notice Hi every one in light of what is going on all around the world at the moment i thought i would send out a quick update to let eveyone know i am still operating as usual for now. I thought we could take some extra measure to try and keep each other safe. I know you are all smart people and if you or anyone you have been in contact with is sick please cancel your appointment.. I think it would be also wise to minimise our contact as much as possible when you are dropping off and picking up and would prefer if every one could do bank transfers at this stage if you are having trouble with tranfers please ask some one who is capable to help you. Please also book your next appointments online as this will also minimise contact or i can send them through when i get time. It is very important if you fall sick anytime after your appointment to please let me know thanks for your patience during these times i am trying to keep updated on what is going on and i will let you all know the best i can if anything changes further Stay well every one see you soon Chloe

12.01.2022 Hi every one just want t say thank you to every one who has been using the new online booking system it has been helping to reduce the amount of msgs I have to return, I am still spending a lot of time on Sundays getting back to you I am sorry it takes so long some times I hope as we all l get use to the new system it will reduce the time it take s me to respond to you all. As some of you would have noticed I am not the most Facebook savvy, I will not receive your msg if you send it on here. At the moment the wait time for an appointment is nearly 2 months I encourage all clients to book for the year if possible to be sure you can secure the appointments you would like . 10.01.2022 Update : Sad news today everyone following the latest government advice for every one I will be closing Dapper Dog Groomings doors tomorrow morning I hate that I have to do this and I was really hoping for the best but I think it is the best decision to keep every one safe and it is also important I look after my own health during these very uncertain times I hope every one can understand . I will be contacting every one that has any up coming appointments tomorrow and I hav...e also turned txt reminders off for future appointments for now. I am not sure of a timeframe but I will be keeping everyone updated as soon as i can.The advice is for every one to stay inside unless it is essential please follow this advice I want every one to stay safe and hopefully the quicker we act the better the out come will be for all of us take care everyone I cannot wait to see you all soon please be safe I will be thinking of you all Chloe and Aaron See more

06.01.2022 Hi Everyone sorry for the lack of updates , just wanted to say a massive thank you to you all for being patient during these busy times I have had my busiest year yet and really cannot thank you enough,if I have missed anyone I am truely sorry this has not been done on purpose my year is very close to being fully booked now so would recommend you book any appointments for the rest of the year or you will risk missing out Also the road works have moved to in front of the shop please keep this in mind when you are coming in there is no parking in front of the shop at all, I am always happy to help and the workers have been great with helping every one get through please Do not hesitate to ask anyone if you are not sure thank you Chloe
