23.01.2022 We are still accepting Registrations. The Committee will be at the track on Saturday 5th September between 2pm to 4pm to pick up registration number packs and purchase uniforms.

22.01.2022 We are still accepting Registrations. The Committee will be selling uniforms and accepting late registrations on Saturday 26th September between 12:30pm and 1pm. We will need to pack up at 1pm so we can roll over names and numbers into our computer systems for the timing gates. Competition will commence at 1:30pm for 2pm start. ... Our COVID Safety plan will be available and we will be using QR to sign in if you have a smart phone.

21.01.2022 ENTRY DETAILS FOR U13-U17 LANSW Youth State Championships Date: 27-28 March 2021 Venue: Sydney Olympic Park Here is Little Athletics NSW information regarding the qualification process for the 2020/21 Youth State Championships for participants aged U13-U17. https://lansw.com.au/championships/... Entries to the Championship will be based off qualifying standards. Please note meeting the qualifying standard does not guarantee entry into the Championship. A participant is only able to enter in up to four (4) events, and the qualifying standards are able to be achieved at your centre, another centre or any gala day/meet hosted in a Zone and Region in NSW in the 2020/21 season. Athletes must include where the standard was achieved in the registration process. Under the current Public Health Order (subject to change) the top two results per region, pending the standard being met, will progress to State Championships and then the next best eight across the state. Entries will OPEN Monday, 18 January and CLOSE 5pm Sunday 21 February. Centres will be advised of athletes success in qualifying by 28 February.

20.01.2022 On behalf of DLAC we would like to thank everyone who supported us last season with our fundraising efforts. We received a grant from NSW Little Athletics to help us purchase our timing gates and had them up and running today at our come and try afternoon. We look forward to using them throughout the season and many more too come. Thank you to our dedicated committee members that gave up their Sunday to come down and help out today.

20.01.2022 Mmmmm....I wish smell-a-vision was a thing!! Dapto Little Athletics would like to hold a Bunnings BBQ fundraiser, so we can buy all those awesome things our athletes need. The proposed date is 12th December. ... It would be fabulous if parents / carers could spare a couple of hours to volunteer for the club. If you would like to spend quality time with our charming, hilarious and humble committee members and give back to the club, can you please put your name down below? 19.01.2022 Due to current windy conditions the committee believes it would be unsafe to hold competition today. Keeping our athletes safe is our main priority. New registrations and uniforms will still be available in the canteen between 12.30 and 1pm today. We look forward to seeing you all back at the track on Saturday 10th October.

18.01.2022 After our committee meeting tonight, it is with regret that we have decided to cancel tomorrow nights competition. This is due to a large number of families and some committee members away on holidays that have already notified us. We hope everyone understands that we can’t run our night without the help of our volunteers. See you all next week

We have heard that they are expecting showers down in Wagga over the weekend, so pack some wet weather gear. We would like to wish all our athletes the best of luck.

Just come dressed up a bit crazy, or snazzy or boppity ( is that a word? If so, what does it actually mean? ) ... Volunteers, care-givers, athletes, committee members ( yes, you boring folk too! ) .... the more, the merrier! Also note my artistic talent. I’m clearly undervalued.... Its that easy! The nomination must include the #COLESLAOTM and tag you Little Athletics NSW in the post.

So, if your new to our club this season and would like to co...me down to learn about the events please come along this afternoon. The Committee also will be available for registrations between 2 and 4pm at the canteen.

13.01.2022 Our club is run by a small team of volunteers. We are looking for committee members to join our team. If you love the satisfaction of achieving and watching the kids grow and be better every week then why not come and see us. You don’t have to have children competing to join as we have committee members who are there for the friendships. We meet once a month and have a working bee about every 6 weeks then get involved on our weekly competition nights. If this sounds like you, come and see Simone or anyone of our committee members.

08.01.2022 With our season starting on Saturday, preparation has started with parent helper roster. If you wish to be considered for an Age Patron position you need to make sure you have completed the WWCC form with your number as you can NOT be considered if we don’t have this. We do have some forms with signatures but no number so please bring your number with you on Saturday. Anyone who is waiting on shorts that needed to be ordered we are still waiting for delivery so please wear blue shorts. Your patience is appreciated.

07.01.2022 Congratulations to our 8 athletes that competed at Wagga Wagga on the weekend. What a great bunch of athletes. To our senior athletes that were there supporting and encouraging our junior team, thank you. Thank you to all our parents who went out and did their parent helper job with no complaints. Well done to all athletes you did DLAC very proud, you should all be very happy with your results.

07.01.2022 A summary of our weekends events saw all athletes give it their all. Happy to say that we have 4 athletes off to state then we have to wait for all regions times to come through to see if anyone else comes in the next top 8 across the state. Congratulations to Thomas winning his final in the 100m and 200m Darcy winning his 1500m walk Soraya winning her 700m walk... Mason winning his High Jump and 3rd Triple Jump Blake making it to the final in all his events Bentley making it to the final in his running events and placing well in his field events Zac doing his best in his running events Claire did well keeping up with her age group in her first regional carnival.
