19.01.2022 We have 2 poll heifers on offer in the Focus on Fleckvieh Sale (Auctions Plus 6/9) sired by Barana Madrid (P). He is sired by Woonallee Jumbo (Champs Bravo) and out of Barana Evette (Bar 5 P SA Evolution). Madrid is a well muscled, long bodied bull with great pigment, feet, skin and coat. He certainly stamps his progeny with these attributes. Lot 2 Daraabah Pearl (P). Long, wide with tremendous growth for age. 542kg at 13 months Lot 10 Daraabah Prudence (P). 15.01.2022 Lot 1 Daraabah Pandora in the Focus on Fleckvieh Sale. Auctions Plus 06/09/2019. Despite the tough conditions, this soft heifer is really starting to show her... genetic potential. Sired by Glen Anthony Y-Arta and the first calf from our all breed heifer winner Daraabah Makybe. Well worth a look. Enquiries and Inspections welcome anytime. 11.01.2022 A couple of high capacity heifers sired by Brenair Park Lemair in the 'Focus on Fleckvieh' auctions plus sale 6/9. When purchasing Lemair from Don Matheison he said Lemair would make good heifers, he certainly got that right. Heifer on the left is Lot 5 Daraabah Prissy (P) DOB 1/4/18 current weight 518kg Heifer on the right is Lot 3 Daraabah Pearla DOB 7/4/18 current weight 584kg. Pearla has had a successful show career to date with the highlight being Reserve Fleckvieh Fema...le at Brisbane Royal Show (EKKA) 2019. Both heifers primed and ready for joining. 10.01.2022 In the Focus on Fleckvieh Sale (Auctions Plus 06/09/2019) we are offering 5 bulls and 2 heifers from our home bred bull Daraabah Kiksum. He is a moderate framed, well balanced, masculine bull who is structurally correct. He is a bull that produces well muscled masculine bulls and feminine females. His structural correctness carries through to his offspring as can be seen in many of our broad ribbon winners including Glenanna Nifty (lot 59), Daraabah Paxapunch (lot 60), Daraabah Narla and Daraabah Pixie. 08.01.2022 Had a great few days with our junior team of cattle at Canberra Royal Show this year with Daraabah Podrick (P) recieving Junior and Grand Champion Fleckvieh Bull and Supreme Fleckvieh exhibit, Daraabah Poser (P) receiving Junior and Grand Champion Fleckvieh Female and Daraabah Poppy (P) receiving Reserve Junior Champion Fleckvieh Female. The team of three then went on to recieve 2nd in the Interbreed breeders group as the only junior group in the competition, Daraabah Poser (P) came 8th as the highest placed heifer in the Interbreed female competition and Daraabah Podrick (P) came 4th in the Interbreed bull competition at 17 months old. Congratulations to the exhibitors for once again presenting a strong line up of Fleckviehs! Hope to see you all again next year. Was good to see a strong display of youth involved in the breed!

01.01.2022 A pleasing result for the Daraabah and Glenanna Lots in the Focus on Fleckvieh Sale today. Thank you to all the buyers, bidders and others that took the time to inspect our cattle. 9 of 11 heifers sold to a top of $7,500 (Lot 3 Daraabah Pearla, pictured) and averaged $3,111. 3 of 6 bulls sold to a top of $6,000 (Lot 59 Glenanna Nifty) and averaged $4,667.
