24.01.2022 Wow, it's T shirt weather at Sutton Forest Time to stretch legs again and enjoy the beautiful afternoon sun on our way to Sydney. Little Elvis gives beautiful kisses

24.01.2022 Parked in the breezeway of our stables, the big girl is looking rather bare while she is stripped down inside for some interior renovations before her next trip. More Earth Wool insulation has gone into the wall panels and rear doors (will also be lining the roof), new exterior rear camera being wired in, framework going in to have the crates secured further, fold down bed mounted to the side wall and then 3 boxes of airline crates to assemble and install. Hopefully my Whippets will one day appreciate their new show mobile, once we can return to dog shows!

23.01.2022 This week I was at the airport everyday, helping connect beloved pets to their new homes or reunite with their owners. Either flying in and then heading south by road, or coming by road to me, then flying out of Canberra, which is certainly easier than trying to get flights in/out of Melbourne! Just one pretty Papillon princess staying overnight before her flight tomorrow. Gosh she is adorable Puppies & kittens, adult dogs & cats and sooo many snuggles! Not to mention an ex...quisite Scottish Fold kitten who was full of mischief and a total purring machine. One of our visitors, Jack the Pomeranian, had a huge journey north and is now with his Granddad, looking very pleased with himself! My absolute favourite though, would have to be a delightful Rhodesian Ridgeback puppy, who was with me from Tuesday until today and completely wrapped me around that big paw of his *note* - I do not organise flights! I'm just the airport taxi and hotel service Below are photos of some of our travellers

22.01.2022 Arrived home this afternoon, settled in my lovely big boy of a travelling companion (a Newfy who will be connecting with a northbound transport tomorrow morning) had super cuddles from my son Tristan, sent the Whippet babies into crazy zoomies because OMG MUMMY IS HOME!!! Then promptly passed out on the sofa I'll begin responding to everyone later this evening, as I have dinner to cook shortly

21.01.2022 I apologise for being slow to respond to messages & emails, however I am busy cramming for my final theory exam on the Hound group, as part of the DOGS NSW Judges Training Program. The exam is held tomorrow Thank you for being understanding! Now I'm off to battle those pesky pre exam butterflies

20.01.2022 Ahhh, have literally just arrived home after several days of transporting some gorgeous dogs, both young and old. I stayed in Sydney overnight at the end of my run up from Victoria, as I definitely needed the rest! I have a big couple of days to catch up on all of the inquiries and messages that came through while I was travelling, as it's just not possible for me to do quotes and bookings whilst on a run! But right now, I have a very excited 8yo wanting to show mummy his shell collection from his visit to the beach while I was away, so I'll be off-line for a few hours to spend time with my son and also my own dogs

17.01.2022 This little cutie is on the final stretch of his huge journey and travelling home with his lovely new owners. He flew into Canberra, spent the night with us and then a border run this morning. Baby Basenjis are so freakin cute There was quite a line up for the border crossing on the way back, so have just stopped for a late lunch and then not too far until home!

17.01.2022 A heartfelt thank you to my fabulous customers and breeders this weekend, for their patience & understanding after we had a dreaded breakdown happen to us on Saturday morning, whilst enroute to Sydney for pickups! The legend of a towie from Goulburn was able to find us a mechanic who came in, opened up the shop and got us back on the road, although of course our entire schedule was now at least 6hrs behind, which only increased as we went and made for some very late nights! To Desmond & Christina - your care package and card was amazing and absolutely made my day! Thank you so much

08.01.2022 Two things I can guarantee for a trip... 1. There will be decent rain at some point of my journey (photo taken at home at 5am this morning) 2. I will always find a dirt road, even when there are tar options bonus is that I often discover some beautiful countryside that I haven't seen before! I think I could definitely picture living in Millthorpe ... Currently at Cowra enjoying fair weather, a comfort stop for all and then a warm chocolate brownie from the cafè near Macca's, before heading home, where it is still pouring rain

04.01.2022 We have sunshine After 3 days of dismal driving weather across two states, including torrential rain, gale force winds and even snow when we were in the Blue Mountains on Saturday, the journey home today will be lovely!
