Till date DSP team and Wesly students have made 3000+ coffees. We have been giving the best training and resources to the students, en...suring that they make the best out of the course and become job ready when they graduate. But thanks to the dedication and partnership of the trio, most of the students landed a job before graduation. We express our gratitude for the love and support we have gained from the community in such a short time. Darcy Street Project would also like to congratulate the graduates of the Hospitality course, provided by Wesly Mission. "While still enrolled in the course, I was offered a job by John. And it has been one of the best things that happened to me. This first release coming out of OG DSP is the (in)famous Geisha varietal grown in its genetic origin of the Geisha Village in Ethiopia (on lot 60 to be exact) and roasted for us by Cartel Roasters in Melbourne With a cupping score of 92, this coffee is nearly faultless And if you treat yourself to a dram, you will encounter exotic and complex fruit and berry notes that excite the palate and overwhelm the mind.
