25.01.2022 THE number ONE..... reason, you can’t stick to a fitness routine...



25.01.2022 MONDAY morning 3.5 years ago, I made a decision that would pave the path of my future. . .... The photo on the left was the middle of 2015 I was lost, confused, lacking confidence (finding it in a can), depressed and I had no direction in my life. The only thing I had going for me was my beautiful family, a group of mates and an apprenticeship that I took for granted. I was known as the life of the party ready to get loose Everything else was nothing but toxic in my life. I’d find myself waiting for the weekend to live my life, and then it would be over in a flash. Then back to work Monday morning with a hang-over and struggling to Focus. Uhhh what a reality hit I used to find joy in talking about my stories while in a drunken state. I look back now and although there were a few fun times and some genuinely great stories with some amazing mates of mine, I still see that lifestyle as NO- way to live. . . . Fast forward to the photo on the right I have nothing but joy in my life, I have been working in WA for almost 2 years I have secured myself a great job with a great bunch of people I have met the most beautiful woman my team mate I have invested almost half what I’ve earned into shares and property I have travelled over 12 countries in the last 12 months alone I have the absolute pleasure of working with and coaching some beautiful people The whole point in me posting this ?? YOU, HAVE THE SAME CHOICE, that I had over THREE years ago. Stop putting it off, believe in yourself and go and create the life you deserve

We all have things in life we wish to attract, bu at the same time we all have limiting beliefs as to weather or now we can actually obtain them. .... .it also helps to put ourself out there and surround yourself with these positive things you wish to attract, wether it be cars, houses, partner, or a dream job.... . . You need to go out there and get familiar with the feeling of being around these things. See more

How to you Involve some exercise or fun ?

17.01.2022 Life is determined by the questions you ask yourself. your self talk, the stories in your head. When you ask your self a question, your brain will provide an answer. ... Want to change how you feel ? Want to change your thoughts ? Want a better quality of life ? Want to be better at handling tough situations ? Start asking asking yourself higher quality questions and things will start to change.



15.01.2022 Excuse me love can I please have a seat belt extension? It was that line, spoken by a middle aged man sitting behind me on an aeroplane that bought back so many memories from my journey of weight loss and taking control of my health. There’s many reasons I decided to begin my weight loss journey. ... YES, I did try - for many years to cut the takeaway or the sugary drinks. I would even drink low carb beer I would try to exercise more and work harder at training during football season. I tried starving myself but failed not to binge on takeaway and alcohol on weekends. But, let me tell you... That day, I made a decision it was time to cut the bullshit, stand up and actually do something about my health and weight..... The number one reason I did that, was because I looked forward into the future and connected emotionally to how I would feel in certain situations; 1. I didn’t want to one day go to the doctor at 30+ and have him tell me it’s time to loose a few kgs 2. I didn’t want to be embarrassed at the beach when playing with my family. 3. I didn’t want to be huffing and puffing when plying with my children. 4. I didn’t want to struggle at my job. 5. I didn’t want to walk into a clothing store and slide all the clothes forward looking for the X-large sizes. 6. I didn’t want to set a bad example for my children. 7. I didn’t want to feel fat on my wedding day. 8. I didn’t want to tuck my shirt in constantly trying to hide the fact that I felt uncomfortable sitting down 9. I didn’t want to have sex with the light off 10. I didn’t want to do any of these things. 11. I didn’t want to have to try to lose the weight and take control of my health when I was 30+ married with children, working long hours and try to jungle work, family and personal life. And 12. I sure as FUCK didn’t want the embarrassment to ask for a seat belt extension on an aeroplane. It’s never to late to start, but the sooner you start the better It will NEVER get easier, It will only get harder. The sooner you cut the bullshit, and break your bad habits, the sooner you’ll be free and begin to live a healthier more fulfilling life. My inbox is always open to anyone who wishes to create a change and take control of their health. If you don’t do it for yourself, do it for your family.

10.01.2022 Everyone has their own Bulls**t that they struggle with. A conversation coming up a lot lately with friends and clients, the fact that our own limiting beliefs, and issues continue to surface. We all have our own challenges so don't be fooled by the highly successful people or your role models that you see around the world and on social media.... Even when someone seems they have not a worry in the world, they all went through A LOT to get where they are, and they still have constant battles. The mind is a powerful thing, and at times it can persuade us into believing certain things are real when they're not. It tricks us into creating our own self talk that does not serve us at the slightest. We all go through it, and your a fool if you chose not to accept and deal with your own issues. Blocking out your BS and trying to hide it, will never serve you. It will only resurface in the future and be more challenging then it could be if you deal with it now. It's time to accept that everyone has their own battles and BS stories within their head. It's time to accept that dealing with your issues is the only way to be happy within yourself and beg n to move forward. It's time to smile and say hello to strangers on the street. It's time to not be afraid and stand up to your limit by beliefs. It's time to work together, we are one. We need each other. Smile Wave Say hi Hold the door Pay it forward Offer a compliment Do something great someone what're you don't know. The time is now to make a difference in the life around you, stop Playing small and step up and handle your own BS while you help those around you.
