24.01.2022 Playgroup back on next week Wednesday 5th February, 9.30am.... so excited for a new year ahead. All ages welcome, newborn to kindy age. With the local schools doing alternate Wednesdays or no wednesdays, Kindy age kids welcome!! We have an activity sorted.... just need morning tea and milk!!

23.01.2022 Anyone in the area that was thinking of coming to playgroup, now is a great time to join. Playgroup WA has announced that from the start of Term 3, their membership fee is reduced to $15 instead of the normal $35. So if you’re interested, please come on down to the community center any Wednesday mornings of the school terms from 9:30am-11:30am

21.01.2022 Parents/caregivers, just an update for everyone, at this stage Playgroup won’t be commencing as normal at the start of the school term, but that doesn’t mean we can’t stay connected with doing our activities. Each week an activity will be posted here for you to try with your little ones. Our theme for this term is Seasons so the activities will relate to this topic each week. Try to keep your creations and when we can get back together, we’ll put the crafts all up on a cut out tree at Playgroup. Please feel free to put photos up of your creations. Hope everyone is going ok and look forward to seeing everyone again soon

19.01.2022 Hi all, just a reminder if u are attending tomorrow and haven’t rsvp, please do so by tonight. For those coming tomorrow, please bring your own water bottle for your kids as we won’t be doing cups of water. We will still be doing fruit but doing each kids plate up individually so bring a piece of fruit. Looking forward to seeing everyone and getting things slowly starting up again

18.01.2022 Well we’re back to the start of another Term and just a reminder to everyone out there that Playgroup is back on from tomorrow 9:30am to 11:30am so bring yourself and kid/s down to the community centre for a play and cuppa. A reminder also to anyone thinking of coming to Playgroup for the first time, there’s no better time then now because Playgroup WA have dropped their insurance price from $35 to $15 for the year Look forward to seeing everyone tomorrow

14.01.2022 Playgroup tomorrow we will be doing a visit to the Library, so come on down to the community centre on Little Street where at around 10am we will walk down to the Library

13.01.2022 Wishing everyone out there a very Happy and safe Easter guys. Hopefully social distancing isn’t going too bad for everyone. Here’s a couple of quick, easy Easter ideas to do with the kids.

13.01.2022 Hi all Just a note for any parents/caregivers with kids attending Kindy next year and not too sure about when and how to enrol. At the moment with everything going on with COVID 19, Dardanup Primary are just taking calls to put you on the enrolment list and will get back to you as the weeks progress and we see how everything pans out. 13.01.2022 This week we’re excited to say that we are back up and running. With the new easing of restrictions there’s no need to RSVP, just come along on Wednesday morning between 9:30am - 11:30am at the Community Centre on Little Street.

12.01.2022 Parents/Caregivers Just an update to all regarding the current Covid-19 corona virus status and Playgroup. At this stage we will still be hosting Playgroup tomorrow as normal until otherwise advised by Playgroup WA. We will be asking parents/caregivers to be vigilant with hand cleaning for themselves and their child/ren.... If you or your child is showing cold like symptoms, please remain home to recover. Any further information we receive from Playgroup WA we will post here so to keep you all informed and up to date.

11.01.2022 ALL PARENTS/CAREGIVERS Due to the COVID-19 virus situation and recommendations from Playgroup WA, Dardanup Playgroup will be suspended for the rest of Term 1 At this stage we’ll look at coming back for Term 2 but this will be dependant on how the situation is going at that time. Information about our next start up date will be posted here closer to the start of Term 2

06.01.2022 Week 1....Leaf Puppets Gather some leaves in the garden, decorate them however you like, glue them on a stick to make a kind of puppet

05.01.2022 With Fathers Day coming up this weekend, come on down to Playgroup on Wednesday where the kids will be making a present for Dad for Sunday

04.01.2022 Fabulous way to end the term for Playgroup today with a visit from Karen from Playgroup WA who read some stories, did some dress ups and followed up with painting with the kids. We hope everyone has a fantastic holiday break and hope to see you all back next term

04.01.2022 Parents/caregivers, with the easing of some covid 19 restrictions, we are going to start playgroup back up this Wednesday. With the restrictions in at the moment our numbers will be limited to 20 people in total this week so if you are interested in attending this week please RSVP to us by Tuesday evening so we don’t end up with too many people. Hopefully next week as more restrictions ease we will be able to have more numbers.
