11.01.2022 This is so me. Since starting my weight loss journey I have not had a day were I was hungry. I have had a week away, which was tough on the program, only because we had happy hour every day. I managed not to gain any weight and now that we are back home I'm back on track, hoping to be under 80kg by Monday. If you would like to know how this program works just ask.
