24.01.2022 GET FIT WITH CASS In 2020 when we closed down for mandatory quarantine, our Fitness Guru Cass switched to online classes. These are still in demand and preferred by our busy Mums! Come join us online in 2021 twice a week for a fitness session! All you need is zoom, a bit of space, and a set of dumbbells.... Cass is a qualified PT and is looking at expanding her fitness knowledge and enthusiasm to others. It’s her passion to help people achieve their fitness goals. Cass is a Mum of (soon to be 2) precious children, so she knows how important it is to stay fit and healthy. She also understands how hard time management can be. I was supposed to have the keys on the 1st and therefore setting up now. I am now back to square one. Searching for space high and low. I’ll keep you posted. No normal classes will be held between 14th-18th...
