06.01.2022 Do you love the idea of meditation but don’t know where to start or don’t think you have the time? Don't be shy and get in touch with me to have a chat. I don’t believe I have to keep my practice to just one type of meditation. Depending on how I am feeling or the stage I am in my life, I utilize a different practice. My personal ‘go-to’ meditation and the practice I teach my client is visualization, aiming at a specific focus to work for a specific period of time, called 'Al...ignment' created by the Psychologist @rosaliaschwark . But there are several other options: Body Scan, Yoga Nidra, Mantra, Affirmations, Chakra, Walking, Love-Kindness... Meditation is an ancient and very powerful practice, that brings not only relaxation but helps to overcome emotional and mental blocks, helps to give focus and clarity, and to increase immunity, productivity and wellbeing. Like a natural healing intelligence in your body and your physiology, meditation can repair and restore balance, reversing the state of stress, and stimulating Serotonin and Oxytocin hormones in your body responsible for happiness and the biochemical for love.
