24.01.2022 FUTURE APPOINTMENTS, CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS As of January 1st 2021 deposits on all bookings will be taken. We have made this very simple and clear in the online booking system. Whilst we understand some things can be out of your control, lately we have had an increase of clients not showing up and late cancellations. This is one of the busiest times of year & we try our best to fit everyone in, so we ask that if you do need to cancel your appointment to please phone and... do so with at least 12 hours notice. Thank you for all your continued support.
