16.01.2022 As i have been unwell and my 2 older kids have been unwell i havent posted any updates on progress! I find it challenging at the gym with lack of abdominal strength but its all worth it!!

08.01.2022 I will be posting regular updates on my progress after having baby boy number 3, this is 4 weeks after having Laird and i have gotten my programs written up for me at my local Fernwood gym so i can get my muscle tone back as i have lost my abdominal strength due to my c section, so i will have weekly progress updates and share photos every few weeks! I have chosen to go to a gym versus doing it myself at home as i need the machine assisted weights as its tough post c section!

05.01.2022 My business page has been super quiet as iv had a bad back through my pregnancy with this precious little boy will get back into the swing of things later on in the year after iv recovered and had time to adjust to adding another member to the already crazy household!!
