25.01.2022 I visited a business I used to work for which is shutting its doors Its a terrible day when another Australian manufacture shuts down I took some pictures of what is left. Its eery that its so full of work but not a worker to be seen. They're auctioning off everything off tomorrow (17/03/2014)
24.01.2022 Well my 6 month contract at Air Radiators in Lara has finally finished. I had carried out all the improvements requested and left knowing they will continue on the pthe to improving their work practices. Living in Geelong was essential to working at Air Radiators Now the contract has finished I can finally move back home I hope to drop back into Air Radiators in the near future to see if there is anything else I can help them with

21.01.2022 Well my 6 month contract at Air Radiators will finish up on October 31 2014 Hopefully some of the improvements I have implemented help them improve production. I still have have a few more improvements to implement before I go. There is still a lot more to be done and I hope the momentum continues. It wasnt easy to change things especially when they had been doing things the same way for over 10 years.... With some outside training and visits to other companies with similar machines, mindsets have been changed and progress has started. Only time will tell what path they decide to go on. See more
